Registration for Full-time Programs

Refund Policy - Full Time Programs

If a student withdraws from a program, with the correct notification, results will be provided as per the guidelines in the Adult Center for Education Student Handbook.  All refunds are less than $100 administrative process fee, plus the budgeted costs of any supplies, equipment or other tangible items not returned to the school in "as new" condition.  Title IV Aid; refund policy according to U.S. Department of Education calculations.

Registration Information for Quarterly Programs

Fours easy ways to register:

   1. Walk in: Zanesville campus, 400 Richards Road. Office Hours: 8 am – 9 pm Monday – Thursday; 8 am – 4 pm Friday
   2. Phone: Telephone registrations will be accepted using Visa or MasterCard. Call the Adult office at 740-455-3111 or (800) 832-7545.
   3. Mail: Just complete and return the enrollment form below with your MasterCard/Visa information, or your check or money order made payable to “Mid-East”. Send to Adult Center for Education, 400 Richards Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.
   4. Fax: (MasterCard/Visa only) Complete registration form with payment information and fax to (740) 455-2043.

Deadline – 1 week prior to start date of class! Registrations are confirmed by payment of course fees on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are urged to register early to ensure a place in class.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Quarterly Classes

The school reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment; in such cases, a full refund will be made. If withdrawal is made prior to the second class, a refund, less a $20 processing fee, will be made. No refunds will be issued after the beginning of the second class. Special Note: A three business days notice is required for cancellation of any one or two day classes. No refund will be issued after that time.
