Multi-Skilled Technician application deadline is August 6, 2020.  Adult Practical Nursing and Diploma RN program as filled for the 2019-2020 school year.  New applications processing should begin in December 2020 for next year.

Student Forms

This form is to be used to request a transcript for program completed in adult education.
Use this form to request a transcript from your high school to be sent to Mid-East Adult Education.
This form contains a list of disclosures for prospective and current students and where the information is located.
Use for Adult Health Occupations classes that require it.
This form must be used when a student chooses to Opt-Out of purchasing the books or laptops from the school.
