Adult Center Receives NATE Certification for HVAC
Mid-East Career and Technology Centers has received NATE HVAC Training and Testing Center Certification and becomes member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA)
Mid–East Adult Career Center’s HVAC class starting September 4, 2012 will be offering a curriculum designed specifically for our students to obtain NATE Certification in Core Installation and Core Service. Existing Nate Certified Technicians will be able use our curriculum to obtain the CEH’s necessary for NATE recertification.
Mid-East Career and Technology Centers Testing Center is now authorized to provide Nate testing for our students and also Nate Recertification testing for individuals/contractors.
NATE, founded in 1997, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. Headquartered in Arlington, VA, NATE is the certification organization governed, owned, operated, developed and supported by the entire HVAC&R industry.
To further our students association within the HVAC&R industry, Mid-East Career and Technology Centers has recently become a member of the ACCA ACCA is a non-profit association serving more than 60,000 professionals and 4,000 businesses in the HVAC&R community, working together to promote professional contracting, energy efficiency, and healthy, comfortable indoor environments.
