Mid-East Career and Technology Centers’ students Sydney St. Clair, a Cosmetology senior from John Glenn and Andrew Melrose, a Computer Networking and Electronic Technology senior from Sheridan recently placed among the top in the Nation in the National SkillsUSA competitions held in Kansas City. St. Clair placed second in the nation in the Cosmetology competition and Andrew placed fifth in the nation in Electronics Technology. Attending the competition with the students were Cosmetology instructor Lenny Rosser; Computer Networking and Electronic Technology instructor Matt Dudas; and SkillsUSA Adviser Tammy Jones. St. Clair is the daughter of Diane and Mike St. Clair and Melrose is the son of Lori Melrose.
