Mid-East Brings Wildlife to Nashport Elementary School

Mid-East Career recently visited kindergarten students at Nashport Elementary for an Ohio Wildlife Exploration Activity. During the visit, students had the opportunity to paint plaster of Paris molds of wild animal tracks. They were also able to discover pelts, skulls and beehives up-close. Natural Resource Conservation students helped implement the activities. The visit was coordinated by Mid-East Career Specialist Robin McQuaid and Connie Still, Nashport kindergarten teacher. Pictured are kindergarten students (front row l to r) Isabella Perez, Alivia Beardmore & Rilynn Brock with their painted tracks and NRC students (back row l to r) Kendall Bryan, Venita Fisher, Kayla Paul, Alex Scott and Olivia Brewer.
